The Visceral Mind takes place at the School of Psychology, Brigantia Building, Bangor University, North Wales.

Travelling to the University

By Road

The University has good road connections from the A55 North Wales Expressway. Use postcode LL57 2AS for route planning.

By train or bus

See the National Rail website & Traveline Cymru for public transport information. Bangor is around two hours from Manchester by train, and the journey from London Euston to Bangor takes around three hours.

By Air

Bangor’s closest major airports are Manchester and Liverpool John Lennon; both have good road and rail links. The local Anglesey Airport provides daily flights to Cardiff.

By Sea

The port of Holyhead (about 30 minutes from Bangor by car or train) has ferry services to Ireland provided by Irish Ferries and Stena Line.
